Lisa has extensive experience leading teams and organizations resulting in growth across SaaS, financial services, commercial real estate, legal, professional services, consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, and IT services industries.
Lisa’s career is defined by her ability to turn complex problems into growth opportunities. She has a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies, creating demand generation engines, securing new business, optimizing sales processes, and strengthening executive relationships with Fortune 500 clients and partners. She cultivates an environment of collaboration and inclusivity, recognized as a Best Purpose-Driven CEO in 2023. As Chief Growth Officer and then as President & CEO of Vervint, a technology professional services firm, Lisa led with purpose; overseeing growth, expanding market reach, and scaling operations with united teams. From leading enterprise-level CRM implementations at Thomson Reuters to launching a unified sales methodology resulting in $10m seller-attributed revenue within 90 days at Stratasys to creating record revenue growth at Revved Results, she has partnered with companies across industries in digital transformation, technology services, and business consulting to unlock and unleash growth.
With a degree in Business Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas and Business Studies coursework at University of London-School of Business, Lisa Jilek combines strategic insight with clear action plans and understands what it takes to motivate teams. She guides organizations in clarifying their purpose and designing roadmaps for immediate progress and lasting impact. Lisa loves spending time with her family at home, traveling, laughing and playing games with friends, reading books, and pontooning and canoeing at the lake “up north” in Minnesota.
Why the name “Sun Tree” Consulting
Lisa’s son came up with the name.
